I totally agree. Dogs are considered man's best friend but I think cats are the closest thing to human

Best I can translate beyond the first line...

in red : "Caution"

next line : something Prefecture (the kanji for "Prefecture" is skewed); the first two individual kanji in that line come up in my dictionary as "dry" & "leaf", but I can't find anything together or meaningful I can understand. I sometimes have difficulties with names, too.

last line is "Isumi Regional Service Center"

Looks like the sign was posted right next to a river. Honestly not sure what's supposed to be funny about that one, other than the fish getting bonked by rocks. Unless "Dried Leaf Prefecture" is supposed to be the joke?

And the Sailor Moon cosplay made me think of "Man-Fay". *shiver*

Spellbinder, I meant to say that the first text including the big kanji's in the middle all together mean "caution for landslide", maybe you missed that... but thanks for clearing out the last part!

Yeah, I did see it. That's why I didn't try the first line at all, but it didn't... click in my brain for the second being the Caution you already said.

so for me, I definitely _would_ understand the cat and open up the door right away

lol me too. I'm both a cat and dog lover but I have to admit that I have a strange connection with cats. Maybe because we had a cat when I was born *shrugs* Apparently I'm highly allergic to them but I don't care. My allergies mean nothing if I get to be with my animals

Cats love to watch things, and they need to watch what they consider their territory. Kinda why they like to be up high and look out windows and such.

And why they need to go outside. But when they're outside, who's watching the inside?

But yeah, my own cat is sometimes like that as well. In & out, in & out.

they have to look into everything! I go shopping and she has to step into each and every bag just to see what's in there. They really are the most curious creatures.

you know the funniest thing? When animals discover their reflections or shadows!
