New MF Music and Update from MIKE!, 1/18/06

Just dropping in to update,
Thanks for the thoughts on the new stuff, it's cool to see what songs people are into at first listen (considering that in making the album, we heard them 20 million times...)
Somebody asked about the song Me The Enemy, we did record it for this album, but ended up leaving it off the first release for a couple of reasons, 1. I'm hoping to do a collaboration on that song with Randy from Lamb Of God, he has some ideas for the tune and such a cool voice, we've talked about it and just need to work it out,
2. When I originally sat down to write that song, I was definitely thinking "classic" rock, as in Bad Company, and our management thinks it leans a little too far that way (of course, that's what I was trying to do!), with the collaboration I think it will get where we want it to go. Maybe I'll put it up somewhere if you want to download it.
Chris Brady (the new guy) was in a couple local Vegas bands, my favorite of which was Drawing Boxes with Johnny Fedevich (some of you probably remember that he was a huge part of The Szuters),
Hopefully we'll get to do a show in Vegas and L.A. soon, I guess Charlie is a huge Bon Jovi fan because he's going psycho trying to get us on an opening slot here in Vegas through some contest on a local radio station, we'll see...
Have to say a HUGE thanks to Josh for customizing the Myspace page and for everything else, if you've experienced Myspace you know it can be like taking a 2nd job, and with producer engineer mixer songwriter and website designer, I'm running out of hours!

I hope Charlie's crazy ass gets you guys that show with BJ, I have a feeling that would feel like such an accomplishment.

Speaking of Lamb Of God, any chance to see you 2 on a tour. like a different worlds of rock tour. LOG being the hardcore and you guys being the hard rock/metal, it would be awesome.
