Offices Located on the first and second floor are the offices belonging to S.T.A.R.S. officers. On the first floor is simply a large room with desks, but on the second are actual rooms/	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Captian Lockhart's Office This is Kira Lockhart's office, located on the third floor. Its a standard size with a nice view of the forest. Its a simple office. A black wooden desk, that's often covered din papers and files, a book shelf and filing cabinets. There's a couch on one side and a case that holds a shotgun behind the desk. Jail Cells At the back of the building on the first floor are the jail cells. Anyone is the city that has been arrested are kept here until their trail and sent to an actual prison. Very tight security here.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Weapons Locker The weapons locker is located on the top floor near the stairs to the roof. In here is all the weapons the S.T.A.R.S use for different situations. This room is always monitored and is locked with a key card.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:

Roof The roof of the S.T.A.R.S building is very large, with a medium high fence around the sides. Three helicopters are always parked on the roof. This area has tight security.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
