Lavender had enjoyed goign to teh secret study spot so much that she was there instead of at the library today, Her hairs was being blown about by the mild breeze as she looked at yet another acient text book, she looked around as she heard a twig snap. She had been avoiding Blaise since the party and it had made life a lot easier, things were her and Rylan were going ok, except for his constant jealously of any male Lav spent more than 10 minutes with. After a minute or so of survallience, Lav turned back to her book and tucked a lock of her hair behind her ear. She sucked on her lower lip in concentration.

Blaise was having a rather rough day. He had begun to notce that he was feeling more and more lethargic despite his consumption of ungodly amounts of pepper up potion. It had worked at first, but it eventually began to take less and less affect until it began to stop altogether. So it was with hopes of getting som much needed sleep that he had decided to walk to his favorite spot in the forest and sleep.

Besides he needed to think too. He needed to think on what happened at the party and what that note Lavender left for him meant. He stumbled his way through the forest and finally made it to the spot when he realized that the object of his misery was actually there. Talk about coincidence!

But he couldn't really vomplain, despite his complaints, he loved to be with the girl. With a sudden burst of energy, he quickly walked behind the girl and covered her eyes. But he didn't speak, knowing that she would find out in a flash.

Lavender jumpe slightly when hands covered her eyes, the peron obivously wanted her to guess who it was though they didn't state it. "Hmmm the only people that know about this place are Me, Amiens, and Blaise....oh and the three or four lvoers I brought down here. But I don't remember their names and Amiens doesn't have the guts to do something like this, so it obviously must by.....ME! I went foreward in time to go back in time to do this, I have really manly hands."

Blaise twitched as he heard the lovers comment and despite knowing that it was a trap, he yelled anyway. "What do you mean you showed three or four loves about this place?!", he screeched out at an ear shattering volume, "You told me that you'd never shw anyone this place after I showed it to you in the first place!!!" He pouted voraciously as he glared at the back the girl's head.

Lav cringed at Blaise's anger, "I never showed anyone honest....well no that's a lie, I showed Sandy a couple days ago, but that's it and he sure as Merlin isn't my lover. I'd never show anyone this spot Blaise, this spot was to special for me and you and I'd never vialate that."

Lav flipped her hair and marked her page in her book, she crossed her legs and slid over to make room for Blaise on the couch, "So what are you doing here?"

After yelling like that, Blaise realized how tired he was as he slid onto the couch. He had dark circles under his eyes and he looked tired. But that was nothing that a concealing charm wouldn't take of...

He pouted at having given himself away and patted her head. "I know you didn't tell anyone!!" , he lied through his teeth, "I was just giving you a chance to find out who was holding you captive... Yea!!"

He then continued to more or less explain why he was here, leaning more towards the 'less' than the 'more'. "Well... I was bored and I thought it was good night to come and relax here. I do this often you know!!"...

Okay so he lied about thattoo. Oh well. She didn't have to know about his problems, after all, she had her own to deal with.

Lavender smiled, "Whatever you have to tell yourself Blaise hunny," she said as she stood up behind the boy. "You mean insomnia again," she said as she began to massage the boy's shoulders, "Those bags under your eyes are geting worse, have you tried a sleeping potion," she suggested. Just because Lav had been avioding Blaise didn't mean she didn't notice him and how miserable he looked. She continued to rub though boy though she moved down to his back, "You need to relax, you have terrible knots."

Blaise stuck his tongue out as she began to reprimand him on his taking care of himself and that she knew him so well. But decided to come out with it. "It's not my fault I haven't been abl to sleep lately!!!", he whined like a child, "I blame the sandman!! He refuses to make me go to sleep...", he pouted some more after his rant.

"And yes I have tried sleeping potions" he muttered as Lav began to give him a massage. Man that felt good. He subconciously began to lean into her hands as they worked their magic on his tense muscles. "Feels good..." he muttered in bliss as he repressed a yawn and a moan.

"I'll right down a spell for you that should have you sleeping like a baby, remind me to do that later," Lav said as she put more pressure on his back trying to get all the knots out. "Have you talked to Madame Pomfrey about it, most of the time she can find out about stuff like that."

Lavender moved down to Blaise's lower back and couldn't help but smile as the boy pushed against her hand to encourage her to continued, "maybe you're just to stressed, all you need is a body massage and you'll go right to sleep," Lav suggested.

Blaise was sinking into a abyss of comfort. It was SO good how Lav massaged his overtly tense muscles. "Purrrrr..."Blaise began to purr, very much like a kitten that just got his favorite treat.But soon enough he had to answer Lav's queries.

'Nn... do I have to?' he whined mentally and grumbled a bit with the realization that if he didn't, Lav would probably continue with herassumptions involving his inability to take care of himself.
But if he wanted to talk without every other word being punctuated with a moan, he had to stop her frst. And thus, with a heartfelt sigh, he got up and began to explain what had been happening.

"For the past few weeks, since my visit to mom" he began thoughtfully, "I been feeling a bit off. Like no matter how much I rest, my body remains tired. At first it was barely noticable really. I was simply sleeping less than usual. But eventually it got to the point where I stopped sleeping all together and spent the day bone tired. And yes, I did go to Madame Pomfrey, but she checked me over and said nothing was wrong. She said that it was simpl fatigue and gave me a dose of pepper up. And it worked for a while... but then it stopped. So I had to keep taking bigger and bigger doses and it keeps working lss and less and now it refuses to work. I've also tried some minor sleeping spells, and they don't work either..."

Blaise was seriously troubled by these developments. What the hell was happening to him?

"Well first thing that even I can see is that you are way to stress for your own good," She said grabbing the boy and forcing him back down on the stump, "I wasn't finished," she stated, "You've got a huge knot in the lower back area," she said squatting and rubbing the boy's lower back. As she finished she walked in front of the boy and smiled, sitting on his lap, "Anything else I can do for you?"

Lavender was listening to what appened, she decided since Blaise was such a poo head, she would talk to madame Pomfrey later. She rested her head on the boy's shoulder, he books completely forgotten.

Blaise grimaced as he was pushed onto the stump and given a continuation of the massage. But that demeaner eventually changed to one of extreme happiness as he felt the tension leave his body. "Aah..." he sighed as he felt better than he had in a LONG time. But all things, good and bad, must come to an end. And when Lav was done, he gave out a heartfelt groan of reief at the feeling of well being that was enveloping him.

He wrapped his arms aoround the girl when she sat down on his lap and rested her head on his shoulders, feeling far too lazy to do much of anything else. He began to run his fingers through her hair and let himself be lulled into a false sense of security and well being. He knew it wouldn't ast, but he could enjoy it while it did,

"So other than you're sleeping or rather lack there of, hat has been happening with you. Are you dating someone? Oh are they pretty," Lavender asked happily not removing her head from Blaise's shoulder, prefering to speak into his neck. She remembered that she was technically still with Rylan, though they both knew it was going to end very shortly.

Lavender arched her back, "Ouch, stupid new tattoo," she mumbled not wanting to touch the still tender skin.

Blaise opened one eye and began to answer Lav's rapidfire questions. "Well you know, seeing as it's probably only been a little while since you last saw me, not much has changed with me." But then he remembered something he'd found out recently, something tht he hadn't had the chance to tell Lav yet.

"Actually there is something I've been wanting to tell you!!!" he said with a voice that suggested that he was creeped. "You know that third year? That hufflepuff... Berbanstine or something? The one who hates me for existing? Well... I just found out something disturbing... she wants to get into my pants. How creepy is that? I understand that girls tend to have crushes on older guys... but to get into my pants? I felel like a pedophile!! Although she's the one that wants to rape me in my sleep or something!!!" He was spazzing by now but the tatoo comment took his mind if the Beranstine matter.

"You got a tatoo?" he asked with interest, "When and where?"

Lav giggled, "Aw Blaisey loves a third year, how cute," She said nuzzling into his neck like a cat. "When are you gonna go out," she asked happily.

"Tge one I'm complaining about it's on my stomach, I got it a couple days ago, the other iced like crazy, this ine just hurts,," Lav said lightly rubbing her stomach.
