I have a feeling this is very very different from what I would have had a year ago, and even a year ago it would be very different from what it was two years ago.

Also I'd notice some of the definitions of each diagnosis overlap and cancel one another out - for instance half of it says I'd have plenty of attention to detail and then the other point would say I'd find it hard to concentrate on finer points. I dunno if I'd agree with some of it as I'd feel I was far more paranoid than narcissistic - but I don't really feel I'm any of the above tbh! Good for a chuckle though!
