Title: Chance Inc.+Kensai vs. TIC+Sentrettenian

Chance - November 27, 2006 09:48 PM (GMT)
Let's rock!

I am sending in 2 CenturionZ squads (2 ships each) to attack TIC

EDIT: I'm following Boris the Cat's (long may he reign) advice and created a thread for this conflict.

Boris says:

Just a few reminders:

1.) Don't go overboard with silliness. You can do that in the duelling thread in off-topic
2.) No god-modding.

Other than that, feel free to prod buttocks.

May the best corporations win!

EDIT3: Okay we can start as soon as we agree on how.
Yugi: Either convince Thor and evilbob to go along with you or we'll just start with no planning and you'll miss out.
Everyone: If nothing can be agreed by this time tomorrow we'll use this thread for the "informal" stuff and I'll create another one for the planned battles (though I'm not entirely sure were to put it).

PlayMeNow - November 28, 2006 05:29 PM (GMT)
I'm with Yugi & Chance, sending 36 PlayKai Cruisers. Good luck busting 'em...you're gonna need it, trust me. (Yugi, still got the XML? I can't find it on my back-up CD)

Yugimotomanager - November 28, 2006 07:00 PM (GMT)
I was in haste a few weeks ago when clearing out my hard drive, so, no... :(

Yugimotomanager - November 28, 2006 07:34 PM (GMT)
As of now KensaiCorp will play no part in this, as it's unorganised. If it were true roleplaying, we'd be going by our XMLs, doing the math (17 shots by X in one minute at Y causes Y to be destroyed in three minutes, etc. Oh, and by calculator of course, or if anyone is willing to do this), and actually playing it out as if it were a war.

ThorWarriorX - November 30, 2006 02:58 AM (GMT)
Wait -- We should be roleplaying here, not organizing a corporation war in-game ! Let that be organised in a new thread in the mod forum.

And for the love of Cod, put 'Sentrettenian Empire' typed right ! Or at least STT !

Chance - December 1, 2006 05:28 PM (GMT)
Sorry Yugi, the deadline is up. Looks like you play informal or not at all.
evilbob: Your turn then I guess.

Dosgamer3 - February 6, 2007 09:12 PM (GMT)
Looks like he lost intrest. Yes, this is a fluff post of necromancy +3.

I won. :D

ThorWarriorX - February 6, 2007 11:34 PM (GMT)
So... Are we rol' playin' or nay?

goat_not_sheep - February 7, 2007 08:13 PM (GMT)
Nope....it obviously ended. Chance, if somebody else spams this, i guess it's locked.

If you want.

I'm sending in 20 of my secret Chance Cruiser MKII!

ThorWarriorX - February 8, 2007 01:29 AM (GMT)
My single Forithallus Mawr (A kind of major fortress) is defended by a fleet of 4 Laminas do Renascimento, 20 Foices de Chærwn, 50 Escudos de Norkiri, 150 Pragas de Lillith and 300 Olhos de Danmortii.

Check here:

Olhos de Danmortii - Heavy Fighter
- Fast fire cannon
- Omnidirectional heavy cannon

Praga de Lillith - Standoff Fighter
- Dual heavy omnidirectional cannon
- Seeker frag missile launcher

Escudo de Norkiri - Defense Frigate
- Three fast fire cannons
- Defense-directed dual 60-degree angle short-range frag missile launcher

Foice de Chærwn - Missile Frigate
- Long range, strong missile launcher (can divide into three rockets that aim at 1 target)
- Short range, seeking missile launcher

Lâmina do Renascimento - Heavy Capital Ship
- 6 Moderately-firing, considerably powerful cannons
- Ultra-strong, slow firing and long range cannon

And if someone was asking, yes, these were notes about ships I was planning about adding into the game. Roleplaying-wise, these ships will stand nearby the fortress and defend it.

goat_not_sheep - February 10, 2007 03:10 AM (GMT)
I think this just died again...

Cruisers destroy 200 Olhos with their T5 Cannons.
Cruisers fire armored singularity missiles at the Laminas.

ThorWarriorX - February 10, 2007 05:52 PM (GMT)
Forithallus Mawr activates the gravity field, making the missiles weight to no place and explode.

The Foices fire their long-range missiles at a cruiser, which cannot help but be overwhelmed by them and explodes.

A probe sends the Cruisers a message:

-- "Chance Inc. ships, we will not attack, but we won't tolerate further aggression. Cease your firing, and you shall not suffer more losses."

"OOC": I guess we should roleplay side-by this wargaming. It'll be fun !

goat_not_sheep - February 10, 2007 11:51 PM (GMT)
GnS sends a corsair to the battle(stolen, but no enhancements of any types).

Chance - February 11, 2007 02:41 AM (GMT)
Five MKII cruisers attack and destroy 10 Escudos.
Ten more attack and destroy 50 Lilliths.
The remaining four destroy a couple of Foices.

The lead cruiser sends the following message to the Fortress:
"You caused this war. Now you must face the consequences of your actions."

Yugimotomanager - February 11, 2007 09:23 AM (GMT)
I'm sending two Asmodeus-class Cruisers with helluva-strong defences (shields and armor. Also equipped with enhanced transpace jumpdrives) but barely any weapons so I can watch the battle and beam in survivors of destroyed ships.

ThorWarriorX - February 11, 2007 10:48 AM (GMT)
Static can be felt as the antimatter-graviton cocktail rises in the Laminas. Shortly thereafter, six shining, gargantuan energy bolts hit the cruisers, exploding in strondous blasts which shock every ship on the system. The six targets get obliterated, and another cruiser is destroyed by high-speed wrecks.

"You were warned. Now firing won't cease."

Another message is sent:

"KensaiCorp and GnS Industries' ships, do not interfere in this battle. Any attacks will be answered."

OOC: What system is this? What distance is it from other peoples' bases?

Yugimotomanager - February 11, 2007 10:54 AM (GMT)
This is a system created solely for this battle! Also, we each have made a stargate in our main systems so we can get here whenever we want. It's also easy to call reinforcements.

Any attacks will be answered with what? A basket of fruit?

Btw, I'm calling in ten of my Scrap Collector ships to salvage what's left of the wrecks. Nothing goes to waste at KensaiCorp! (honestly, we collect corpses and burn for fuel)

goat_not_sheep - February 11, 2007 04:16 PM (GMT)
I'm not interfereing. Just watching, with a corsair. Feel free to blow it up...(it's robot-piloted, and is armed with: camera, and damaged laser cannon.

ThorWarriorX - February 11, 2007 04:49 PM (GMT)
Bah, then I quit. No one's really into roleplay here, as far as I see.

(Every STT ship and the fortress mysteriously disappear, including the wrecks)

goat_not_sheep - February 11, 2007 11:26 PM (GMT)
Fine. *self-destructs corsairs*

I guess I wasn't RP enough?
Oh, well.
