Halloween, :D:D:D:D

Another holiday alert, but this is more of an event idea.

We should totally draw/sprite all of our characters in Halloween garb.

It's not really a gifting idea, but do it yourself, and I'll edit this post to include everyone's picture, so we can have a big collage of all of us. Be sure to have a before pic of just your character so we can see the difference.

I'll get mine up as soon as I finish it.

This sounds like fun. I'm going to dress my avatar up in the same costume I've picked for myself this year.

I once TRIED to go as Giygas last year. It took about four of my friends and myself to keep the costume up. Some parents thought we were trying to go as satan. We went to this kid as well, and he cried and ran away.

Charge as Mario. I threw this sprite together at work. My spriting isn't what it used to be, though. Let me know if you need a different pose.

Edit: Tweaked the sprite for proper height and filled out the white space where his neck should have been.

As I understand it, Thanksgiving was origionally a celebration giving thanks to God for a bountiful harvest. I don't know this for a fact, but I figure that ours is earlier because it gets cold earlier up here, and we would have had to have our harvest before the first frost.
