Hello! This is Empoleon again with new..Uhh..News!

Our Top Story: Two new things have been going down so far in the Spectrum Art Institute: 1: I myself have posted up a Banner for the Forum Comic, and 2: A new Blog has been posted up in the same Board! "Blog of a Spectrum Elite - Buster style" has been recently posted!

In Other News: Pokemon HG/SS Updates are still coming in, as more and more information is slowly being put out about the two new up-coming Pokemon Games! More updates and info on those games may be posted up soon!

Well since no one has a legit shiny Eevee or egg, and I can not seem to obtain one myself... I guess my only other option would be to have someone hack me one to make it seem as legit as possible. sad.gif

I can try to get you one, xEmerald, without hacking. Yes, it does appear in the wild but my specialty is shiny breeding through watching the events that take place in the game. What nature and IVs would you like? IVs might be a bit of a time constraint but I'll see what can be done. :]

ohmy.gif No hacks please! As a battling community, we should understand that it's hard work getting legit Pokemon with good IVs and Nature. Hacking defeats the purpose of all our hard work. sad.gif

Well, it's a long process that involves tapping into the game. You see, by doing simple things such as tapping the happiness checker, you can cause a shiny to appear. It's a long process, I might write a short guide soon.

I think there's a guide on Smogon for such a thing. Just look it up in the breeding section... Or shiny pokemon or something along those lines. It requires a caught shiny (Without breeding it or chaining a sparkling spot). Hard enough trying to catch a Level 2 Naive Intimidating Growlithe with Luxury balls, Synchro Naive Ralts and Suction Cups Octillery let alone trying to get a shiny one v.v
But yeah, I heard of the shiny breeding trick. Seemed difficult.
