Just what the title says.

Mine would have to be Johto, because I love it so much. I mean you can not beat the classic 1st generation since without it there would not be Pokemon, but... I love Johto! The storyline and everything was amazing. I am so glad that HG/SS are coming out now, so I can play it again. How about you guys?

Despite growing up with Kanto and Johto, I think Hoenn was the best region exploration-wise. None of the areas were too long or short, and the cities were innovative, from the islands to the underwater entrances, to the floating city. Although Johto may have had the best Pokemon and story, Hoenn was more fun to traverse and didn't get old or tiring.

uhm, well, the poll is which POKEMON generation was your favorite, I don't think she meant which game and why. XD But then, I dunno. >.>

I liked the 2nd gen just because the pokemon are awesome...specifically, Chickorita, my fav pokemon, comes from this generation. Sentret is cool...Hitmontop is cool...Suicune, Ho-oh(The ONLY pokemon with a - in it's name. I think, I can't remember any others) Lugia, Celebi...Corsola, Mantine, Murkrow, Skarmory...Blissy, so many great pokemon come from Gen 2!
