The Spectrum League has been around for a while now, and the people who made up our community were some of the greatest people from around the world. It seems now that many of the people who were a part of our League have left, including our "Staff" and many of our "Challengers". This is not the first time in Spectrum history, however; it may be the last. With the upcoming world release of Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver there may be a rebirth due to nostalgia that could cause a reopening of the forum. As we stand now, our community will be lost in the archives of the internet, preserved forever as an image of what once was. We have had an insignificantly small amount of activity from the community lately, and none from our staff, this leads to the simple fact we are disbanding once again. The people who made up our league will not be forgotten, and the community they created will not be forgotten. I look to a future with hope that it will be reborn again, but if it is not, then know that there was never anything exactly like the Spectrum League. I wish you all the best for whatever endeavors you will begin and hope that the community was a positive, worthwhile experience for you all.
