As one enters Ollivanders small shop the first thing one notices is the smell. It has that smell of musty old tomes and it is common for a sneeze to escape one's nose as you first enter. It is a modest shop and consists of one tiny room with a very large enchanted cupboard to hold all of his finely crafted wands. The shop is covered wall to wall with boxes. Upon opening the door, it cheerily sings ~

As you approach the desk you see a man looking through his parchments, he looks up and gives you a cheery smile.

"Well hello there, and how may I help you? Here for your wand I dare say, well right this way....."
