Well, if you're interested in gaining some cheap skill gain. I know of 3 monsters that don't attack back, i.e. they're like spawn monsters or something. One is a naga type guy just the the south east of southshore, another is a lion in the barrens, and the third is a centaur in the barrens. I hope that helps.
