Season 1 Buffy comes to Sunnydale, meets the school librarian Rupert Giles(Anthony Stewart Head) who becomes her new watcher, Cordelia Chase (Charisma Carpenter) a spoilt B ... um Girl, Willow Rosenberg (Alyson Hannigan) a nerdy shy girl, Xander Harris (Nicholas Brendon) a horny unpopular boy and most importantly Angel (David Boreanaz) a 200'ish year old vampire. Season 3 Buffy runs away at the end of the second season, and lives in LA. After facing demons there, she realizes how much she misses her mother, and moves back. This year she is forced to battle the evil mayor to stop his ascension, and she is forced to stop a new slayer, Faith, who has lost her way. She soon realizes that the only way to stop the mayor is to use strength in numbers, and she and her friends reveal to the Senior class of '99 the horrors of the world. This season ends with the destruction of the mayor, the school, some unfortunate members of the senior class getting killed, Faith in a coma, and Angel leaving town. Season 4 Buffy begins college feeling completely overwhelmed. But once the monsters show up, it's just like old times. Then she starts dating Riley, a handsome commando battling the same monsters. He's part of a secret organization called The Initiative and Buffy is all too happy to join the team. Season 5 A new arrival in the Summers home forces Buffy to be more responsible then ever. Her little sister, Dawn, is introduced to us as the Key, and a Hell God, Glory, is looking for her. Buffy's life is almost torn to pieces when Riley leaves her, her mother dies, and her sister is kidnapped by Glory to open a portal back to her home, which would kill Dawn. Buffy, in the end, gives up her own life in order to save her sisters. The Gang looses a leader, a best friend, a daughter type figure, and a sister. R.I.P. Buffy Anne Summers. Season 6 One of the darkest seasons for the Slayer and her friends, ever. Buffy is resurrected from the dead by Willow and the rest of her friends, and she is taken from Heaven. While she is glad to be back with her sister and friends, she is still unhappy about being pulled out of heaven, which is revealed to her friends through the musical episode. At the end of the season, Tara is killed by the geek trio, and Willow is there to witness. Losing the love of her life, she is too enraged, and ultimately becomes evil Willow. She seeks vengeance for her lovers death, and kills the leader of the geek trio, Warren, and goes after the other two. Season 7 In the final season of the Slayer's journey, she is faced with the foe of The First Evil. She is glad to welcome Spike back, who now has a soul, and the return of Giles, along with some Potential Slayers. Through the many torments The First puts them through, Buffy and the gang manage to survive. Willow is introduced to one of the main potentials, Kennedy, and they fall in love. Buffy works through most of the issues she has kept inwards over the years, and realizes that they will beat the First and it's army of Evil Uber Vampires. In the final battle, Willow makes a spell to turn all potentials in the world into actual Slayers with a special axe forged to defeat the First. Buffy is injured, but overcomes in order to strike the final blow, as usual. Spike sacrifices himself for the world, and Sunnydale is turned into a major crater.
