13. 2 x Torso symbol 142. H-scale down once and use them to form his eyes. Place them on his pecs, any lower and it would be distorted as it will be on his abs. [White]
14. 2 x Torso symbol 143. H-scale down once and place them on the white balls. [Black]
15. 2 x Torso symbol 97. V-scale down once and place them in the white balls to form the iris. [-15x 100y 20s]
16. 2 x Torso lettering (Sign “.” From 1/7), it’s the full stop. Max scale and place them in the middle of the blue iris. [Black]
17. 2 x Torso lettering (Sign “E” from 2/7), it’s the one on the bottom row. H-scale up once and rotate. Place them as his eye lashes. [Black]
18. Move the 2 previous torso letterings below all the other symbols.
19. Torso symbol 111. H-scale down twice and move it down to form his nose. [Black]
20. Move torso symbol 111 behind all the other symbols.
21. Torso symbol 97. Rotate and H-scale down twice. Move it down to form the bottom of his mouth. [-100x -40y 5s]
22. Torso symbol 138. Smallest size. Rotate once. Move it to the right side of his mouth. (Your right). [-100x -40y 5s]
23. Torso symbol 138. Smallest size. Rotate 3 times. Move it to the left side of his mouth. (Your left). [-100x -40y 5s]
24. 2 x Torso lettering (Alphabet “.” From 1/17), it’s the full stop. V-scale up once and H-scale down once. Use them to form his teeth. [White]

I don't think a decent Patrick is possible. It's quite impossible to morph his body accurately with the SVR09 system.
