I haven't even had a chance to try out the new spells from the lore of Athel Loren yet, but I would say that the tree-singing spell would be the most useful, simply because it has multiple uses. Moving terrain can be excellent for blocking line-of-sight or shutting down someone's charge. Moving your own troops once inside is also useful for getting just the extra boost you needed to get those nasty wardancers behind the enemy battleline, or whichever unit you may have put in there. Lastly, it's good because it keeps your opponent away from the woods, otherwise you'll have a very easy-to-cast and damaging spell to whack his/her units with.
Second I would say would be the Hidden Path, for reasons stated above, and also enhancing one of the Wood Elves already strong traits: mobility and maneuverability.
