Durthu must be the army general (unless Orion is present, then Durthu steps down to the King of the Forest). He counts as a Lord and a rare choice. He must be fielded exactly as described here and may not be given any additional equipment (spites).

“You should know better!” – Durthu has in past fought and repelled many intruding races upon his home, but each at a terrible price. Durthu hates Dwarfs, Orcs and Goblins, Beastmen and Undead (excluding Tomb Kings)
Spites – Durthu is accompanied by an Annoyance of Netlings and a Murder of Spites.
Force of Nature – Durthu is often seen at the frontal charge of a Wood Elven force. Smashing into the enemy’s lines, crushing men and beast alike. For every one of Durthu’s attacks that hit on the turn he charges, Durthu gains one further attack. Note that these ‘second attacks’ do not gain the Force of Nature bonus.
