This Pact is Between The Sucrati Federation and the Covenant Empire

Neither Party Shall Raise Hostilities Nor Engage Each Other Even If A Third Party Is Involved (This Applies To Any Allies Of Either Party), Both Parties Will Not Use War As A Mean To Settle Disputes.

Neither Party Shall Send Any Military Vessels Unless Given Specific Permission By The Other Party.

No Civilian Or Trade Vessels Shall Be Attacked Within Or Outside Either Party's Territory.

Breaking Any Terms Shall Render the Non-Aggression Pact Null and Void.

Covenant - Sucrati Trade Pact

Civilian Grade Goods And Resources Shall Be Traded Between Both Parties, Goods of Equal Value Or Up To An Equal Value Shall Be Traded Between The Two Parties.

No Military Grade Goods Or Resources Are To Be Traded To Either Party Or Between Each Party.

Covenant - Sucrati Education Benefit Agreement

This Agreement Sets Up The Basis For Education Of Both Parties.

Sites Will Be Agreed Upon, These Sites Will Be The Centers Of Education.

This Agreement Allows For Both Parties To Teach Culture, Philosophies, Beliefs, And Histories To Both Parties, This Allows Better Understanding Between The Parties, And Allows Each Party To Experience The Ways Of The Other Party And Vice Versa.

Only Civilian Grade Education Shall Be Allowed Unless: One Portion Is Required Military Grade Education OR Both Parties Agree To Teach A Military Grade Subject That Would Be Similar To The Opposite Party.
