Winter, Week 3

The snows have not gotten better over the week, if anything they've gotten worse. It is highly advised that all creatures take shelter as large amounts of snow are expected to be falling, up to 8 inches in some areas, and the winds are expected to reach 40 mph, at the least. Needless to say, the temperatures are dropping, down into the 10's, the high being 12 degrees at the Otoni Sea. All water sources are now completely blocked up by sheets of ice, that have frozen to about 3 inches thick. At Pesak Falls, there are large blocks of ice, at the bottom of the pool, so be sure to watch your step should you venture higher into the cliffs. The mountains are to be avoided as freak blizzards are a daily thing now, ranging from just falling snow to full blown avalanches. Either or, they can varry at any time and it is unwise to linger long in the mountainous regions.

All temperatures are in Farenheight and are 10 degrees lower in the mountains.
