The Welcome Center This imposing edifice of concrete and steel blocks access to and from the Island. All newcomers are processed here by the friendly staff of researchers and all of the island resident's medical needs are also seen as top priority for these dedicated professionals. Pay no attention to the rumors of experimentation and cruelty...

The Dormitories Lodgings for all those residents of the island who require segregation from the general population. Those that require a closer eye and more supervision are required to reside here.
Landing Bay A patch of concrete surronded by high electric fences all around. The only way in or out is through a large fence which is operated from the main land. The large red bridge that connects the island to the mainland can be seen from this point. This is where Inmates are dumped off after leaving the BSIRC compound. It is also where food and supply drops are placed. Many Inmates have attempted to escape at this point and failed.

Downtown A very small amount of old abandoned shops and cafes reside here. It's all but deserted, apart from a few old warehouses which the more seedy inmates use to store smuggled items in. It may look derelict but what Inmates don't know is there are hidden working cameras throughout this area to study their behaviour. It makes for good documentaries for those few humans that want to know more!

Open Plains There is a vast amount of Nu'u Island that is just nothing but open grass areas. Some sandy paths lead down to the beach that surrounds the Island. This area has been claimed by the Shapeshifters as where they roam and hold important meetings and discussions. Something the Lycanthropes don't agree with.

Forest Tall trees lean over as if bent by strong winds and strange sounds echo out of it at night. The forest is not the best place on Nu'u. Especially since the Lycanthropes have taken over it. This is where the pack run and laze about. Those that enter should beware. The Hybrids also make their meeting spot here by the Hot Water Springs.

The Beaches Long white sand beaches stretch around the entire Island. The water is clear and blue, dolphins can be seen playing not far off shore. The North Beach is narrower and colder than the South Beach. The Elementals have made this their meeting places amoung the tall sand dunes of the West Beach. Water based shapeshifters also tend to spend alot of time in this area, though they mainly reside of the East Beach where the mainland can be seen.

The Barracks The Barracks are a few rows of small brick one floor two bedroom buildings. They scatter the Island in a few places and are all connected by a winding yellow sand path. Too converse on space [and expenses] the goverment have placed two [and sometimes three] people to a single barrack. Each Barrack has running water, though not always warm, and electricty.
