Prime TEMPLATES - Terms of Service

1) Accepting The Terms Of Service & Use
This is an agreement between you, the Executives and the Staff on Prime TEMPLATES. By registering here you agree to the Invisionfree and Prime TEMPLATES Terms of Service. The Executives hold the right to edit or add to the Prime TEMPLATES Terms of Service at any time without given notice.

2) Copyright
All skins and templates in the Classic Database section contain copyrights to the original creator and this forum. This copyright should not be removed under any circumstance. If you are found guilty of removing the copyright without permission punishment will be issued.
(Please see 8 for punishments.)

3) Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, link to, or e-mail any content that contains content of the sort listed below:
- Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind
- Hacking materials or information
- Viruses or any other harmful computer software
- Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene material
- Illegal Downloading
- Spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
- Gambling or illicit drugs
Warez, roms, CD-keys, cracks, passwords, or serial numbers
- Excessive profanity
- Invasive software removing privacy or impersonating any person/entity

4) User Accounts
Users are responsible for their own accounts. You must never share or give anyone your password. This may lead to security problems.
The use of multiple accounts is forbidden, if you are discovered to be using another account to bypass a suspension or ban you will be IP banned.

5) Username Changes
To request a name change you must have the following:
400+ posts
You must have a 10% or less warn level.
You must have been a member for 4 months (per the join date in your profile)
The new name must abide by our Terms Of Service.
You must wait an additional 6 months before you can request another name change.
When a member is promoted to staff, they may have 1 request for a name change, with no restrictions.

6) Advertising
Advertising is only allowed in your signature and the Advertising areas. Recruiting or advertising via pm will result in a permanent ban of the account used or removal of PM permissions. Members are strongly recommended to report PM advertisers.

7) PM Harassing Staff Members
Note that sending PMs for requests will not be accepted. If a staff member says no then it is final, please do not continue sending the PMs. If you do so punishment may be issued, including warnings, suspensions or removal of PM rights.

8) Punishment
In cases of members violating our Terms of Service, we have the rights to punish the members. The following list shows our punishments that can be given out, as determined in a case by case scenario, as listed below:

Verbal Warn (no action taken)
10% Warn
20% Warn
30% Warn
Mod Queue
Suspension ( length depends on violation)
Ban

Note that the violation could promote an instant suspension, and the issue is at the discrepancy of the staff member giving out the punishment. You may also be removed permissions to the advertising or support areas, if you abuse the privilege of those areas.

9) Other
Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We have the right to edit or delete a users account. By using your account you agree to the InvisionFree Terms of Service and the Prime TEMPLATES Terms of Service.
