Here's the Guidelines for the Admininstrative Staff

1.) All Administrators need to be consulted on any descision related, or concerning the operation of the Board -be it major or Minor.
2.) All Adminstrators need to be in complete & total agreement of all major operations of the board. (i.e. adding or deleting of moderators, or banning of members)
3.) On minor board operations (such as Deleting of threads, other members posts, issueing warning to members, or creating new forums), the administrative staff must be in a majority agreement. If the Adminstrative Staff isn't in total agrrement (2-1), then the Head Moderator will be asked to vote, in which case the result will either be a 3-1 split(resulting in majority approval), or a 2-2 split (or stalemate -resulting in no action taken).
