Ok, first make your background and when you have the text ready and all you can do this!
Heres what im starting out with.


Then in your layers pallete right click your text layer and click blending options and follow these instructions.

First drop the shadow.

Then go to bevel and emboss.

Then go to satin.

Then gradient overlay.

Then go to stroke.

Then inner shadow.
