Here's one very little known vehicle that I'm sure you won't see at ant Walmart parking lot.
1948_Buick_Streamliner.pps
It was built in 1948 at a cost of $10,000. 8 of that was on the all aluminum body.
The motor used was a '48 Buick straight 8. The car was found in the desert in 2002 in almost complete. The suspension was modified '47 Ford. Just turn the cockpit 180 degrees and I think iit could be marketed today ! 07744152.gif
