The Midnight Odyssey, as you have probably seen in signature, it says its a story in progress and it is.
But this story is different.
It all started two years ago, when I first came up with a story about my very first character, Shyairico the echidna. Its still in my head, but to me I thought it was to UN-realistic.

After I had just finished playing the story of Sonic Riders, It sparked new ideas in my head.
I decided to re-write the whole story on paper.
I decided to name it, "The Midnight Sun", But found out that there is already a place called that. So I renamed it to, "The Midnight Odyssey".

But after I had gotten about 7 pages done, I didn't work on it for months.
By that time, I had different new ideas that I started to write into it.
It made the story confusing and I would have had to end it in a way I didn't like.

So I took all the new, NEW, ideas and started typing the third version on my computer.
It came up to 20 pages.
I liked how it was going, but, it seemed to have something missing.

I also had changed Shyairico's design and didn't like what she had become. The first version was to simple, the next four versions didn't cut it, and the most recent just seemed to have something missing. I finally figured out what was missing, her beauty.

Just recently, I was getting so into this story that I made a "soundtrack" for it on iTunes.
I was renaming the tracks to parts of the story, but I realized some I had renamed were not even in the story.
But, reading the names put together, gave me even more new ideas and I suddenly had almost a whole new version in my head.
I listened to the tracks and imaged the whole story in my head.
When I was done, I LOVED IT.

So now, The Midnight Odyssey is having a new overhaul.
I just started, but it should go along pretty quickly.

When its done, I'll probably post it on this topic, and I really hope YOU read it.
I'd say its genre is drama/action.

Do notice, that this story takes Knuckles, Silver, Tikal, and Shadow through a different past. Who said you can't do that?
