Title: [FULLFILLED]How to play srt files in a rmvb video?

Kitsune - May 20, 2007 01:14 PM (GMT)
well, I checked on the wiki tutorial on d addicts, and here too, but I can't find how can I play srt files in a softsub on real player. because I've tried everything I could imagine but I dunno what to do. I've downloaded the raw, and the subs. I join it together with the mouse, like I do with the avi files, but it doesn't appear the subs like does windows media player with the subs...

someone could tell me if real player could play softsubs? how? or there are other players that could play rvmb files?

thanks a lot, and sorry for the bother

Well there's a program that you join srt subs and its vid with. i used it a while ago...but i forgot ><

here's the site where i learned it from:

you have to get vobsub. Then use media player classic (with real player alternative or i think realplayer should work too?), and the subs will appear automatically it the srt files and the vid. files have the same name and are in the same folder.

Me, I like the Gom Player. It does play RMVB if you have the real player alternative codec installed. In that player, the subs appear automatically.
