Hi Jacky and everyone. Sorry for being so quiet for so long......yea shocked me too! Getting used to this retirement lark, finishing off the house decor etc etc....the time has just flown past. Biggles and I, possibly some others are riding to Bognor this Sunday to meet up with the Wasps ride from London, see you guys there. xxx  |

Well thanks everyone for turning up.
I'll post a few emails that I've received a bit later on.
Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and we estimate 5-600 scooters were at Marble Arch!!! It was just soooooooooooo big, and people came from far and wide from Swindon to Norfolk!
Cheers to the stewards for all your help and James G, hope everyone got home alright (including Al) and look forward to seeing you all down the pub tonight!

For some reason the site that hosts my photos, slide.com has removed them ,so some of the links might not work. I've removed the links on the front page, but some of the gallery ones might not work.

Hi Fellers, good to see you yesterday for the Remembrance Ride-Out. A few of us left from the Ravensbury but a good turn-out up at Regents Park.
I'll probably see you next at the Kick-Start.

BBC South is making a social history documentary looking at events of roughly 40 years ago. They have decided to focus on youth culture and the changes to it over the last 4 decades.
