In this case, it has to be done, and the only staff on there are those who left the site long ago for various reasons. I don't see why they shouldn't be on there, really.

I would appreciate it if i could stop getting emails saying my account is going to be deleated if i dont post. I have quite a few posts already so theres no reason to delete me. Deleting members with posts is not going to encourage them to return. Just delete all members that havent posted within a week of registering and you will be able to stop these activity checks and member pruning (this has to be at least 5th member prune/activity check).
Anyway, im still around but i dont have any motivation to take part in any roleplays atm.
Rosalieart EDIT: It's an auto email sent to /everyone/ on the board, and yes, it might be the fifth, the fifth check in three years. The activity check and email are supposed to remind you that we're still here and if you want to be a part of us, here's a link, you can come back. If we deleted people at random, not only would that be exceedingly rude and unfair to the member, but would also do nothing for us. deleting members will not want to make people return. Reminding people that we are here and that they're likely to get caught in a prune if they don't check back keeps the board tidy AND tells hem that they have an account here. The point of the activity checks, in short, is to bring activity. It's no fun staring at a quiet forum.
Honestly, it doesn't matter how many posts you have. At all. Activity is about being actively participating on the site, chatting, roleplaying, etc. a post count doesn't mean anything, really.

This isn't "member pruning". /= We want a fresh start, which is why the forums have been cleared out, new roleplays will be cropping up, and many new discussions, activities, etc will be implemented. With a fresh start, we need to make sure that the members registered actually reflects the number of members interested in this site.

Activity checks are a tool that I use frequently in my site. I'm not sure Anne is in agreement with using Activity checks very frequently, so I'm thinking this isn't going to be a regular thing.

Many apologies.... life has gotten in the way of me being active right now =/ Will I still be okay even though I technically missed the deadline?
I haven't been on the computer in a while and I'm trying to find my way back onto it. I want to RP but I've got a block on my hands v_v I've been trying to write a starter to post on here. I'll probably scrap the poor thing next time I work on it...and try again.
If I give up on trying...I'll go so far as to ask for deletion....fair deal?
