Powers/Abilities: (If any)

Weaknesses: (At least three to counter the stronger powers. Two two counter the weaker powers. Also, the more powers you have, the number of equal weaknesses you will need.)

Skills: (At least two skills)

Weapon: (If no weapon, say no weapon.)

Armor: (If no armor, say no armor, or just omit armor.)

Likes: (At least two likes)

Dislikes: (At least two dislikes)

Hobbies: (Two or three or more hobbies. But don’t go overboard and put down like ten or fifteen hobbies.)

Personality: (What they are like in behavior)

Pets: (Include any pets)

Background history: Provide a good description, at least three paragraphs in detailed and specific form.
