All around threads of golden light snaked their way between canopies of the many trees that filled the wood. The golden threads made for a beautiful dappled world with a feeling of surreality that the king had never known. Yes, walking through this most wonderous world was the very basis of these lands, the master, its keeper. Akhan-Natan. The male was quite the hansom brute to say the least, and his voice... Ah, very smooth and almost seductive. Like the pharoahs... er... reys before him, he held himself high and proud, overlooking his kingdom, almost scrutinizing it with his golden orbs. He sighed softly as he approached the center of Vacior woods and perched upon a rock. The hansom brute tilted his head back and let forth his sweet howl. Whoever was Vacior, would come, and any who were just passing by would avoid the lands and continue on. After several seconds the wolf lowered his head and continued to peer out over the woods, waiting... Listening.

Where have my loyal subjects gone? he thought to himself while another part of him thought, Perhaps said loyal subjects aren't so loyal anymore... Once more Nat sighed and waited. Perhaps they had all left, disappeared. He shook out his pelt and glared at the empty scenery. His thoughts began to wonder, if everyone had left... Then his lands would be for the taking and he would be stupid to stand in the way of conquest. I can always ally myself with Silmordus... Perhaps take their Reina as my own... Yes, the territory would be that much larger... He frowned... Sure he was willing to share the wealth of his lands with hers... But he only knew of her and had never seen her before. Maybe she'd agree to it... But then that was only if he had to do it. He didn't want to ally himself with Silmordus just yet.
