dust motes fell from the celling as the thing got nerer

Link looked around again

Link-I can't understand what it could be...Shall we go and see?

the Kokiri looked at link and shruged


Kokiri: by the sound of it, it will be here in a second anyway

then the door way erupted in a shower of rubble and a thing five times the size of link walked in it was holding a net and looked hungrey

Kokiri: how come evreything wants to eat us

he looked up at the monster and ran behind link

Kokiri: are you gona kill it?

Link crossed his arms and raised his eyebrow

Link-Good question..But we're not gonna be some....Some...Thing's main course! He's going down!

Link drew his blade and held it vertically in front of his face, he looked up at the monster's grotesque face and shook his head, the beast made an attempt to capture Link with his net, Link rolled underneath the monster and cut it, his sword doing little damage, Link was back up to the wall

Link-?! His skin is rock solid!!

The monster became slightly irritated by Link's action, he made a swipe for Link with his huge hands. it barely missed his face, but caught his chest, tearing away at his clothing, revealling Link's chest, the ogre smashed the floor causing daggers of ice to drop, cutting Link's cheek and deeply into his chest, Link cringed trying to hold the pain back, the monster noticed Link's blood and grinned wickedly, grabbing Link with it's huge hand, Link felt utterly powerless

Link-Is this....It...?

No! No Link! You can't fall here! Think of the Princess!

Link-...Zelda...?

Yes! She is depending on you...! Her life is in danger! Please Link, you can't back down now!

Link-No...No...NO! I won't die here! Not to you!!

Despite the grueling pain within him, Link fought the grasp of the beast, he escapedit's hands and tumbled into it's net, he quickly cut himself free and painfully hit the floor, weakly picking himself up

Link-F-For...Princess...Zelda!!

He held his sword high as Link's inner energy built up within his blade, it corse through his body, creating a devastating amount of power inside the balde, he pointed it directly at the beast, and let loose with a unbearable beam of outstanding energy, it came into contact with the monster, cousring though it's body so he felt Link's pain in each segment of his body, it caused him to jutter and shake, the pain unbearable, it turned him white, then, caused the monster to disintergrate, becoming no longer part of the living

Link-Ahhh......

Link looked ahead of him blankly, then collapsed

the little Kokiri ran to links side and took out a potion from his pocket

Kokiri: the crazy old mad said you would need this

the Kokiri pored the potion on the the gash on links chest and smiled as it faded away

Kokiri: now come on link zelda is sooo close now

[Princess Zelda]

Link did not respond, a tiny, white fairy fluttered over him, it spoke softly to the Kokiri

Fairy-Here he is...! Oh no...! He has suffered great injuries! What happened...?

She became very alramed, and flew across Link's face, his head moved to the side, silghtly

Narumi-Oh thank the Goddesses! He is still alive...My name is Narumi...I have been keeping Princess Zelda company...

She flew to Link's cheek, gently pressing her self against it

Narumi-I sense he has injured himself quite badly..Do you have any other medicine you may give him...? If only the Princess were here..She could help him...But she is locked away...We need Link to save her...
