Known Alias: Syren

Equipment
Two 9mm pistols with extended clips kept on a gunbelt. 12 extra clips are kept on this gunbelt as well. Also known to carry a small semi-automatic carbine believed to fire 5.7x28mm AP rounds.

No known armor is worn but it is believed that her jacket is nano-engineered to stop bullets. This has not been proven or tested. Her standard apparel is a black shirt and baggy black cargo pants with a small red jacket.

It is known that she has had cyberbrain implants which allow her to hack into electronic systems without a handheld device. While slower, she has been able to use this technique to great effect for surprise attacks. She is also known to carry an extremely powerful handheld computer which she uses to great effect. She is able to hack electronic devices remotely without being physically connected to said devices.


Syren is wanted for 120 separate counts of cyber-terrorism and 250 counts of data manipulation. She is the primary suspect for the hacking and subsequent destruction of an Atlas class Cruiser employed by the United Gaian Federation. She is believed to be responsible for the assassination of Daniel Stein, CEO of NanoCorp. She is wanted for various misdemeanors and class D felonies on over 100 planets.

Syren is armed and dangerous, and it is suggested that she be attacked without the aid of electronic devices.

Any information leading to the immediate capture of Syren will be rewarded with the aforementioned reward, as will any bounty hunters who bring her in. Please contact your local UGF branch office with any information regarding this cyber-terrorist.

Syren is a mix between Hacker and Gunman. She is a top-of-the-line hacker who is able to hack into anything from battleships to reconnaissance drones. She able to hack into these "on the fly" when needed and is able to turn automated turrets and assault robots on their masters. She is extremely talented with her pistols and carbine, but is unable, or perhaps unwilling, to use any other weapon, even weapons of the same type and caliber. She has received training with Aikido and achieved the rank of rokudan. She has not received any formal training with the piloting of any vehicle, which might be the reason said Atlas class Cruiser was destroyed.

Fast-thinking and extremely talented, Syren's only real weakness is her naiveté. She trusts everyone she meets until they prove otherwise, and even then she will still trust them a great deal. She refuses to acknowledge evil within a person when there is even a slight hint of good. She dislikes killing human beings and prefers to just incapacitate them.

Syren refuses to use any other weapon apart from her pistols and carbine, this includes weapons of the same make and model as well as any melee weapons. She is also easily physically overpowered but she is very stealthy and agile. Due to her small size, Syren can hide in places normal people cannot. She is unskilled with vehicles and should not be allowed to drive or pilot any of them.

Syren is an ex-Intelligence operative for the UGF, but, as is standard with intelligent hackers, there is no data remaining that tells them this. This explains her training with weapons and unarmed combat.

Background: In an attempt to better humanity, Sykien devoted his life to the creatioin, development, and implementation of A.I. To this end, Sykien has became the most reknown authority on A.I. and is responsible for the modern A.I. systems.

Sykien also lead project S.A.M.M.I.T.C.H. (Socially Acceptable Man-made Machine In-order To Cease Hunger) This was a special top secret project created to end starvation. The device designed by Sykien was in theory a food creation and delivery system. It was designed to be also be a prototype of a new sentient A.I. system. The final design was to create a mobile, sentient, self sufficient vending machine. This machine also was designed to announce the delivery of sammitches by the following phrase: "Who wants a sammitch!?" This machine contains a variety of nanomachines with several functions, such as disguising itself as another vending machine.

However, once completed in a small colony on Pluto, things went very wrong. Being selfaware, once activated, the machine self modified it's delivery device to operate at a very increased rate (Launching sammitches at rates of 3000 ft/sec) It reasoned that the more sammitches it could "deliver" the better. There exist only two hardcoded instructions for the machine, to protect itself, and to deliver food.

Using the internal heart sensor and radar device, the machine seeks and "delivers" sammitches to any living thing. This resulted in the complete destruction of the base in Pluto, the only person on the project who survived was Sykien, who was on Earth durring the completion of the machine.

Since the destruction of Pluto's inhabitants, Sykien lead a special task force to capture the rogue machine. It is currently held at absolute 0 Kelvin inside a UGF base on Io. There exist only a few people who know of project S.A.M.M.I.T.C.H. and the monster that it created.

The sentient A.I. system has been deemed unsutiable for further use until research on the vending machine yields conclusive results regarding this system.

Due to the extreme cost, and potential research from the machine, there are no plans to destory the machine.

Appearance: Always seen wearing a black, red and white Combat Exo-suit. For transportation, it uses a vector trap to summon two small, but powerful flight wings.


Description: A young fighter in the underground circuits. Sources indicate that he is quite skilled, often winning entire circuits of combat.

Upon further research, it was discovered that he is actually one of a set of triplets born to the Iza family. His brother Sano and sister Rasu are also accomplished fighters in the underground. Averages indicate that no one of the three excels more than the others in combat; all three have won the exact same number of wins in the underground, and have never competed against each other.

While Rasu is a master of the martial arts, and Sano excels with bladed weaponry, it has been found that Yomi's Exo-suit is equipped with an arsenal of ranged energy weaponry. The full extent of this suit's abilities is currently unknown, but many aspects of its abilities have been discovered and are detailed below.


Abilities/Weaponry:

Strength: Subject's suit has demonstrated strength relatively equal to that of 50 average men.

Speed: Subject's reflexes, though hard to guage, seem anywhere from 5 to 20 times the normal speed. Top ground running speed is 100mph and top air speed is 300mph. Despite these high limits, the subject requires a substantial build-up period to be able to reach such limits

Flight Wings: A vector trap located in shoulders of subject's Exo-suit summons a powerful pair of personal flight wings, powerful enough to transport both the subject, as well as a moderately sized passenger.

Burst Shot: Energy weapons located in palms of hands. Capable of firing small energy projectiles as a basic attack.

Homing Lazers: Energy weapons located on fingertips. Capable of firing up to ten long energy projectiles simultaneously. Compressed space function is used to bend the lazers toward the enemy.

Shot Cannon: Energy weapons located on knuckles. Capable of firing a storm of small, weak energy projectiles in a wide arc.

Critical Shoulder: Energy weapons located in shoulders. Capable of firing two simultaneous large, slow-moving energy projectile. Though hard to control, they do have a slight homing capability.

Dynamo Impulse: Energy weapon located in chest. By siphoning power into compressed space, a powerful, but small energy projectile can be produced. The main drawback is that due to the inner mass of the attack, it is extremely slow-moving.

Anima: Combines the traits of Burst Shot and Homing Lazers to produce a powerful energy stream from both hands.

Desperado: Combines the use of all energy weapons at once, creating a veritable storm of energy attacks.

Stark Ruin: One of subject's highest-powered weapons. Draws in latent energy from surrounding area, infusing the Burst Shot weapon with it. This makes the attack much larger and more powerful than normal, but requires a rest period in between each use.
