the Land, as questions about it

Thank you for answering my questions, but I have more. However, I will spare them for the sake that for one, I think I sparked other questions from people and I will give others a chance to ask some, and two, my "Quest Notebook" of all questions and conundrums, is currently not next to me at the moment.

I was particularly intrigued with the fairy thing. I won't spoil those who have not read Barrier Quest, but a certain someone has them near. Can I say I freaked out? Yes, yes I did.

Are fairies born in the dimensions or the void? It seems like they are everywhere, but we don't know where they come from, do we?

Does the Land have superstitions like we do? Do people who live in the Land beware the Ides of March, or skip the 13th step, or steer clear of black cats or anything like that?

I've got a little essay coming on how fairies reproduce... you'll get that tutorial in, oh, about six months or so, give or take.

There are others... one in particular about Seers that you'll learn in a few books. As for more, I'll have to ask a few Land folks for them...

So, over in the Charm Quest section, there was a discussion where I think Aredhel brought up the question of whether or not Katie has a box in the Oracle archives. (Great question A!)

Just wondering if you have gotten an answer yet????

My feeling would be that she doesn't. I thought that the archives were for those of the Land. Wouldn't the Protectors presence be manifest by having a charm appear in the oracle box to represent the Protector? (just my opinion)

How big is the Land? (both population and land area)

I've never really been told, really. It's as big as it needs to be and as little as it needs to be.

Ok, truth. I'm horrible with math and geology and all that stuff (just ask Oracle). So the bottom line is... no clue. Sorry!!
