The topic title and description are pretty much self explanatory. It's hard enough trying to find topics on questions about a certain book and so I wanted to start one for Land Quest as I have a question for this particular book at the moment. I wanted a place where we, the fans, could pose questions about Land Quest only, not to post them in the General Questions thread or the Ask the Author thread. We all know there are going to be way more books than the five almost six (squee!), and to have all those books and people with questions about them post their questions into three threads. I do have to admit that's a bit insane, not only for the fans, but for the author. Ask away!
Oh, before I actually start, I would like to add that there will be spoilers in this topic, so if you have not read Land Quest (get on it!) or have not finished it, please leave now so you won't be spoiled. So, without further ado, I'll start us off: I know that if the Seer were to leave The Land it will basically "explode". I know that Alicia has died (sniffle). Now, what if... what if, with a different situation, the Seer leaving the land did not cause an "explosion" but the fate of Alicia remained, would the Seer be able to travel back to The Land and remain there permanently? |

Ok, I'm not 100% sure I am understanding the question...
If the Seer was in the World and Alicia died in the Land? Is that what you mean? If that had happened... I don't know what would have transpired, really. I can make an educated guess, which would be that I wouldn't be here to write about the Quests becasue the World Dimension would have been part of the cataclysmic Grid Topple of 2000-and-something-or-other. I guess it would have depended, in great part, whether the Seer's mother had died before the Seer came back from the Land. The timing was the key issue here. And you'll learn more about the traveling and timing in Seer Quest, actually. |
