Which Anime has the Best Music?, it was bound to come up...

So which anime do you think has the best music, completely over all?

My bet is Bleach all the way. Nothing can top the music in Bleach. Even though I can think of some tempting ones: Para Kiss, D.Gray-Man, Air Gear, and Code Geass all had cool music. NANA and BECK are basically all about the music. And Meine Liebe Wieder just basically is great because both it's themes are by Alice Nine. But overall, best music is defenitly Bleach in my opinion. Just listen to Asterisk or My Pace.

((And no, I'm not going to stop posting til I get results. Becuase that is the point of a forum. Therefore, you all should post. Or I'll.... like... BANKAI!!! or something... I swear. Innosentsu akutivato! Bankai no Sharingan no Geass no Neko Mimi Modo! OVERSOUL!!!))

Hmmm....I'm sorry but beck has some of the best music I've ever heard....Moon on the water is the best song, followed by 50 cent wisdom. Tanaka sings both the best

It's annoying becuase it's too catchy? You are a strange one.... I like it!! Yet it's not nearly strange enough... A good song is 'Cloud Age Symphony' the opening theme from Last Exile. It's strange, and I think there are bagpipes playing at the beginning. ^__^

- basically any song by OLIVIA becuase she's awesome....
- any songs by Anna Tsuchiya... mostly Anarchy in the UK, Rose, and loving you...

and um.. okay i dunno my songs are all from shojo anime... ^////^

i think you guys are forgetting which band won the american anime awards t his years. FMA music ALLTHE WAY!!!! then bleach and eureka 7 music are tied.

*sticks tongue out at ed* Bleach!! Because SunSet Swish is amazing and also did the song for Code Geass... UVERworld is also amazing and Orange Range pwns all!!! Plus they got HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR in there too.....

Though, okay Fullmetal has some pretty awesome music.... and some more famouser(?) artists.... BUT STILL BLEACH ALL THE WAY!!!!!

AND (becuase there's always an and) Bleach also has the song Tonight, Tonight, Tonight which is by Beat Crusaders who do the theme for BECK therefore... Bleach is better than Beck because it has a song by the same awesome artist, plus like 43 even more awesome songs.... (yes im caculating this.... mwa hahahahaha)

Just to name a few.... But you know, they could only be better if they had Berryz Koubou, NewS or Miyavi... or all three!! Or Alice Nine!! Or Antic Cafe!! Antic Cafe/AnCafe did one of the themes for Darker than Black.

umm by the way, 2 of those artists also made songs for FMA and kung-fu-generation made about 3, weren't there the ones asked back to make the 2 movie theme songs? hmm i think you should try and recalculate that sum of yours... hehe FMA ALL THE WAY!!!! then eureka seven cuz it has AMAZING MUSIC!!!!

Well, Fullmetal is okay. But then again, on sheer variety and difference it would lose.

Okay, it has L'arc~en~Ciel, which is awesome. And Nana Kitade, who is great (on a song-to-song basis).

Ghost in the shell has originality for certain. Though, Run Rabbit Junk makes my brain hurt. But Origa makes awesome music, and Yoko Kanno is oustanding by all means. She's been invovled in so much. I mean she writes her own music, and music for other artist like Crystal Kay and SMAP. And, she's a pretty skilled solo artist.

But the things is nowadays, people want something more than the ordinary pop music in anime, they want something with more depth to it. Because if you look at the opening theme for something like Tokyo Underground, yeah it's nice. But it sounds like every other theme from a random anime, like Inu Yasha, etc.

With that said, there is a need to find orignality and soul binding music!!! How? Where?

That's why I like Bleach. It has a variety of sounds. If you listen to My Pace, you'll notice a big difference then from the rock styles of UVERworld. And the fact is that they can do that, and still keep people interested, not straying to far in to the norm. Plus, have you heard the background music? Most shows use the same basic tune as background music throughout, slightly changed to show emotions of fear, tension, happiness, etc. However there is something I find unique about Bleach's BGM.

Okay, I'll stop now since I know most people won't be bothered to even read that far, and I have my own blog to continue an actual discussion in. But consider, Bleach has the highest quality music, and the largest range of styles. It is unique, and yet has something for everyone.
