Mr Speaker,
Please, after you recognize the motion: This House should be a body of consensus, a body of confirmation and solid support of our Government. Mr Speaker, this House needs unity, dignity, and non-partisanship. Therefore, I as minister of Defence am not indecisive, merely extremely polite as a gentleman to the distinguished Opposition so that they will not slaughter us for either weak-heartedness or strong-handedness in these vital aspects of assuring that peaceful world we all want.
