Oreburgh City is where one of Sinnoh's Gyms is located, led by Roark. Oreburgh is a mining town blessed with natural resources. Oreburgh is reachable via the Oreburgh Gate. Vents in the city release steam from the mine below and exchange it for fresh air.

Veilstone City
Veilstone City houses the headquarters for Team Galactic. This city is also home to the Veilstone Department Store. Veilstone is carved out of steep and rocky mountains, giving the city rock walls that project a cold atmosphere. It is fairly isolated and has little contact with other cities.

Celestic Town
Celestic Town is a tiny town that preserves the history of Sinnoh and the old ways of life, the center of town has a small shrine that dates back to ancient times. It is the smallest town in the entire region. It is also one of the oldest, and some say the town was there since Sinnoh came to be created. There's no Pokémon Mart in the city, so a pair of old people run a shop out of their house. The only thing of real interest in the town are etchings inside a cave telling the legend of the Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie.

Pastoria City
Pastoria City is the home of the Safari Zone. It is a city on the edge of a giant swamp, known as the Great Marsh. The marsh was once part of the sea, which drained away over time leaving the marshland. There are rare Pokémon only found in the swamps. The Great Marsh keeps the weather cool in the summertime, making it an ideal town for Water Pokémon.

Hearthome City
Hearthome City is home to the Super Contest Hall, where one can take place in the Super Contest. Hearthome City started as a place where people and Pokémon gathered and grew into a center of commerce. There is a church here where different cultures meet. There's also a nice fountain and Sinnoh's branch of the Pokémon Fan Club. It is consistently voted most desirable place to live in the region. There is also Amity Square, where trainers relax with their Pokémon. Many Pokémon wander about the city outside of their Poké Balls. The Poffin House is here, where coordinators can bake Poffin. Hearthome City is a kid-friendly city, and there are many families and young mothers living there. Most of the buildings use elevators instead of stairs so that small children and Pokémon can move through the houses.

Solaceon Town
Solaceon Town is a temperate town where people and Pokémon can relax. There was once nothing there but a road, but people and Pokémon gathered and a town formed. Solaceon Town is mostly full of Ranchers and Cowgirls, appearing to be a farming community. There were big Pokémon ranches around the town in the past. The Pokémon Day Care of Sinnoh is located here. There's also the Pokémon News Press building. Close to the town are the Solaceon Ruins and the Lost Tower.

Canalave City
Canalave City is a port city that is bisected by a canal. It has an air of exotic and foreign culture. Large ships are moored at the piers. In the old days, the port used to be a hub of cargo transportation. The Canalave Library has many books on Sinnoh myths. The ferry in the canal will take people out to Iron Island.

Snowpoint City
Snowpoint City is not home to much, but a noticable landmark in the area is Snowpoint Temple. Snowpoint is located in the far north of Sinnoh, where low temperatures have created an atmosphere of snow. Snowpoint City, and the two routes that lead to it are completely covered in snow. To the northeast Lake Acuity can be found.

Past Victory road, and up a Waterfall, lies the Castle of the Sinnoh Elite 4. At the very top lies the Hall of Fame, but to get their, you must fight the Elite 4 and the Champion! And that's after getting 8 badges.
