It's like visiting a website, only to see the words "Site Under Construction".

ok school was out yesterday cuz of weather but not today.....

this was actually my friends idea but i modified it...

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v687/Rea...obotsamurai.jpg

its somewhat edited with photoshop. If you notice the small colory area near the center that was a glitch in the scanner or something, i had to fix this huge stretch mark.

this one is kinda old and not realy finished, a crappy photoshop edit too. i actually turned it into an oil painting, thats not done either.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v687/Rea...amponbodies.jpg

yeah i dont realy finish all my pictures all the time gotta work on that.

Very Nice, now I just wish I could do that well.. I'll have to upload some of my art, though I do have to say that robo-samurai picture looks quite amazing biggrin.gif

Hehe, better than I was expecting, they're pretty good.

On the robosamurai though, his ears look tilted wrong. The far one being so high indicates the head is tilted towards the viewer at about 30-45 degrees, but the chin shows the head as even.

Otherwise, nice if sketchy work.

hhhmmm i guess your right VP about the chin but i still think it looks good. as far as the other pic goes, ill admit it isnt the best drawn picture but that was basically the idea drawining for my oil painting of it.

thanks for te comments and whatnot.

i just started on a new one, thinking of scanning the sketch in tomorow, er on monday.
now that i think of it, the pic might be more then a sketch on monday.

The first Samurai fits the image, but something seems wrong with his proportions and where he bends at.

The second one is nicely done, particularly the arms and hands. It's kind of odd though how he isn't actually holding his sword.

i see.....its kinda like the sword is resting on his fingers and the thumb keeps it from falling....it also the result of drawing the hand before considering what the sword is doing.. and i just liked the hand too much to erase or change it.

as far as the preportions on the other i dont really know what to say....i guess it kinda looks like he has no neck...

Now that's good, particularly the technical quality. Even the color balance is good.

Of course, now that you've shown that, you need to raise the standards for your other finished pieces tongue.gif

That you did it from a photograph was blaringly obvious. That's why I said the technical quality, IE your usage of the media was very good. The next step would be working that kind of quality into original works.

That's pretty good. While I don't like that style of wings, they're a lot better done than some others I've seen.

Overall it's pretty good, she just needs to be tightened up a bit more.

Hands are fairly okay, I would say the torso and the legs need more work. About the legs, it's odd because the lower legs are shorter than the upper legs. Overall her body kinda lacks definition.

The wings are better though and it's pretty good overall.
