About Chinese Food is a website with Chinese Recipes listed by Type of food, Regional cuisines, Course, Cooking Methods, and Spcial diets. It also has articles on cooking basics, cooking methods, food and culture, etc. Nice beginning site to look for Chinese cooking.

About Japanese Food is virtually the same thing. Its set up alittle differently, and has a lexicon of terms used in Japanese cooking, and a small section on making Sushi.

About Thai Food is again, pretty much the same setup as the other 2, just about Thai cooking.

AsiaRecipe has a list of recipes by country for most asian countries. It has articles on cooking methods, ingredients, substitutions, measurement conversions, a glossary, equipment used, and (oddly enough) a section on herbs and Chiense Medicine. Beware of ads and some minor popups.

Black Moon is a site on art, anime, and Japanese culture. And conveniently they have a recipe page.

Bob and Angie is a Japanese Cooking site. They have about 1 recipe in 10 translated into English on this page. They tend to refer to ingredients by their Japanese names so you may have to look some of them up. Have lots of food prep hints with pictures.

Ching's Little Corner is one womans personal website about Malaysian Cooking. It has a couple of her recipes (incuding baby food recipes!!), but is listed here as it has many, many recipe links.

Cooking With BJ is a site dedicated to Pakistani cooking, but also has sections for Arabic, Chinese, and Western style cooking. And if you like Chutneys she has some nice ones.

Creative Nepali Cooking is just about that. It has a lot of Nepalese recipes (some of which are quite nummy), but thats all. No frills or other stuff, just the recipes. And its a Tripod site so beware the inevitable popup.

Filipino Recipe Link is pretty much just a site linking to Recipe sites for Filipino Cooking. Not really anything else there other than ads.

Hiromi's Room is a website done by a Japanese woman living in the UK. It has recipes and a sushi page, but you'll have to fudge some things or figure them out as English is very obviously her second language.

Japanese Mom's Table is the personal recipe site of a woman living in Tokyo. Has a few minor language issues but nothing you shouldnt be able to figure out.

Julia's Cook Korean Website is one womans website on Korean cooking.

Kuali is technically a Malaysian Cooking Site, but it also has a variety of international recipes. Also has a glossary, news section, and a search feature.

Kyawt Kyawt's Kitchen is a site on Burmese cooking, but also has some Italian and Indian recipes. The links section also has many links to sites about Myanmar for the curious.

Lanka Links is a large database of Sri Lanka cooking, but also has some Oriental, Indian, and Western recipes

Local Cuisine in Japan is a Japanese site about recipes from Osaka and Kanazawa. Some recipes will take a little figuring out.

Midori Mart is a Japanese food store with a recipe section. It also has a sushi page, and a Japanese Restaurant guide for the New Jersey/Philadelphia area.

My Lunchbox Can Beat Up Your Lunchbox is a Bento Box fansite. Has a FAQ, measurement conversion table, and many ideas for lunch munchies.

Open Kitchen is the english language version of a Japanese recipe site, so you may have to puzzle out some things in the recipes.

Sushi Encyclopedism is a rather exhaustive fansite on all things sushi. So exhaustive it doesnt leave room for a lot of recipes.

Sushi Links is another well done sushi site with recipes, tips, and a FAQ.

The Tokyo Food Page has many links, tips, recipes, and a restaruant guide for Tokyo.

Yasuko-San's Home Cooking is the personal recipe site for a Japanese family living in Toyama.
