We got three new members, from what I saw. The older members did get the links that I sent them, so they atleast know what we are doing, and we didnt leave them out of the loop. But I think that since we've already explained what we are doing multiple times, we didnt bother as much with the new group. At least, thats how I looked at it. They weren't very involved with the discussions at all, rambling about other things (pokemon) and it was hard to get the people on track. They weren't on track to begin with.

One of the ways to solve this is to make sure the people that are on track will be spread out in the group, so that the involvement will be everywhere. The president told us to stop being distracted by the computers and work on the manga, and I have to admit it happened to me too, but this was much more of a problem this time than the last I think. I don't want to point fingers, but this needs to be fixed, like the Pres said.

I emailed the new people the links so that they can look at the manga forum, wiki, and photobucket account in their own time. But one thing that I noticed was that we didnt meet any of the new people at all. We didnt get to know how they will help with the manga, and since they were left out of the storyline part (since they dont know anything yet) they had nothing to do, hence the distractions.

I'm not sure if they will be artists or writers, or both. Now that I think about it, one woman had a sketch pad, but I dont remember actually seeing her drawings. And the new guy in the back, he dissappeared before I was able to get to him.

For the story, we thgouht up an outline for the assasination attempt on Saleos, the chronological order of events and why they happen. What will come from this event, and who will do what afterwards, that kind of thing. Chapter 3 is now officially finished, chapter 4 had some problems with the wiki, since it deleted the latter half and needed to be fixed, so its still being worked on, and will probably finish without any other problems.

Chapter 7 needs some small dialogue or scene edits for Shin, but then its done and we can continue to chapter 8.

Chapter 2.5 still needs to be done by Kevin, we thought up things for its armor, and other details were taken care of, and I think the problem of the giant mecha itself is pretty much solved.

As for 9, we will focus on what the characters do after the stabbing, and the blaming of Eric. Most of the characters will now understand that they arent all out to get each other, but the fear will still be there on account that one of them just got stabbed by someone who no one can remember. The details on this chapter are still out in the fog, since its beginning will be after chapter 8's ending, and I'm not too sure how that will end yet. Probably with Ki and Elijah.

As for art, the storyboards are coming along, we got some new members who are good at art, and some that are willing to do small pieces like a cover or something. But I think that we need to ask some artists to work on things. The Pilot is being done by the people who started it, but beyond that I really don't know.

Back to the story, one of the major timeline changes was that we didnt want to include Mortimer the Pirate. He never had an author that wanted him in there, and he had no real significance to the storyline except a random antagonist that happened to be better than the others. So we will just forget about him and make our own Halloween chapter, a party with the main characters all dressed up.

Also, we've finally made the decision to decide to put things into the storyline before and after chapter 4. Now that we put the timeline somewhat according to time itself, we can plan and add in things based on when they happen according to dates, not just relative to each other. The "(character conflicts happen here)" had more text added to it so that we will remember later on to put something in there. Hopefully.

I sent an email out to the PSAO execs asking about the level of violence and such that we could have in the manga, but since Chairman Ryan swung by, we just asked him directly. Basically its ok as long as its in good taste. No nipples, no endorsing drugs, etc.
