Location: Gloucestershire Group: Polo3 Member Posts: 6,019 Member No.: 14 Joined: 11-December 06	Did rear suspension today - To low though, gonna raise it Removed old engine. Gearbox fitted: Alternator, just need a Mk4 pulley.

Test fitted the wheels... they a little close Did a little bit more work on the engine bay and underside. Undersealed the drivers side of the floor pan and the gear selector/exhaust channel Cleaned the engine bay a bit more Test fitted the Golf GTI 16v master cylinder - with a bit of reshaping of the bulkhead it fits - tight lol

Steering bits: GT/G40 steering rack with damper: Im terrible with replacing, cleaning etc "Whilst im there" which has extended the spec sheet a bit, so whilst all of the engine bay is empty im spraying it haha

It sometimes looks like it is in the pictures, and sometimes looks like primer. Love the metallic blue you're using on the bits and bobs, I was half expecting you to do the whole engine bay in it which would not, I think, be a bad thing.

The other blue is appearing on other stuff like my new mk3 sump, don't want to over do it though.
