Twenty-five long years have passed since The Great War... Many Seers have come and gone... At the birth of Kizan the great Alakazam shaman Socrates prophesied a dark age, an age worse than whence they came... That time has come...

The great land of Kizan is now at its thirtieth year. Though this sounds like a very short time, to many it has been long, as well as both joyful and sorrowful. After the war many found peace. No longer did they fight over territory, and even the humans drifted away.

On the other hand, many great leaders have left for reasons unknown to the masses. Eventually only one Seer remained, and only two more willed to take the open jobs. At the next meeting of Seers Socrates spoke to the remaining three.

"The lands are to be divided, and now more than ever your protection is needed. Pay attention, for soon you will reign over more than you could imagine. Our land's names will now be known as simple cardinal regions.

"The lands of heat and altitude are now know as the Southern Region. The lands of water and spirits are now the region of the North. The Eastern Region include the lands of fair and fresh. New islands have formed in the Western Region which also shares some of the lands of fresh. Finally, the lands of war and lone are to be the Central Region.

"I now must assign each of you a new location to reign. Oliver, you have served me many a year, I know you are not right for the forest life, you are now Seer of the South. Tenshi, I know you not as well as Oliver, but I feel you would do an admirable job as Seeress of the North. As for you Noel, you will be the Seeress of the Central Region."

These changes shocked all, but none dared question the word of the great shaman. A question did however rise. Socrates had mentioned protection for the Seers being more needed. None can guess what he meant or even ask, because after he assigned the Seers a new territory, he died of a heart attack.

Not a single soul's eye was dry that night. Luckily the pokemon were smart enough to know that they couldn't just give up. A new shaman was needed, unfortunately none could be found at the time. Because that mission was currently impossible, the pokemon decided that Seers should not reign alone. It was decided that the the Seer-ruled regions: the North, Central, and South, would also be ruled by a nobility.

Kizan's fate is now unknown, and the Dark Ages are yet to come. But who is that to say that they won't come? A great evil should be expected, but until then, Kizan lives by joy.
