GROUPS
REVOLUTION
The Revolution is headed by Judas Lestrange (the mastermind behind this sudden uprising). The Greybacks have assassinated the Hero Harry Potter and former Minister Shacklebolt. This is only but the first step to their success in restoring the vision that Voldemort has. Their goal? To be the elites of the wizarding world and nothing can possibly stop them. At least, not if they have Solinus Lestrange on their side. Judas's cousin, Solinus has been pronounced Minister of Magic, and with the power of the government in their hands, and Judas's ability to corrupt his cousin, it hard to stand in their way. Of course, Solinus is unaware of the fact that Voldemort was his father, and continues to ignore the darker urges in his blood, but Judas is expecting that one day Solinus will burst and join the Revolution as well. The Revolution is an established group, and while their identities and motives remain hidden, they are sure that the Dark Lord will rise again.
RESISTANCE
The Resistance is a group of those who believe that purity of blood is useless, and are trying to stop any uprising that might occur. So far they have been sucessful, but now this so-called "Revolution" is starting to become more than they can handle. Of course, the Resistance consists of some important people itself. For example, Teddy Lupin. In fact, Lupin just happens to be one of Solinus's closest friends and while Judas may be whispering into Solinus's ear and trying to manipulate his cousin, Teddy is on the other side trying to pull Solinus his way and trying to keep the status quo: peace. Of course, nothing good lasts too long so the Resistance is getting ready for battle. They know that something is in the air and that if they don't do something about it, the world they grew up in is not going to be the same.
MINISTRY
The Ministry, clearly, consists of ministry workers. These are the people running the government etc. Of course, the while they may have close family ties with those in the Resistance or Revolution, the ministry workers are loyal to one and only one thing: the ministry. Depending upon how the Ministry swings, the ministry workers will have no choice but to follow through with that opinion and who is it that voices that opinion? Solinus Lestrange. The Ministry consists of many talented witches and wizards and for that reason it is crucial that the Resistance and Revolution try to get the government on their side. After all, the Ministry does run the magical world of England, and if they can just get to the voice of reason in the Ministry, tying the rest of the world around their finger should be no problem.
CITIZENS
While the ministry is loyal to the ministry, the citizens are loyal to themselves. They voice their own opinions and follow whichever group they think is right. They of course are able to change around and switch to whoever they think is winning, but that's only for the weak right? Oh well, Citizens have free reign as to who they support. While they are not at the forefront of this war they are the backbone of it. Both Resistance and Revolution are trying to gain more supporters, but while those ministry members are so easily swayed by what their boss tells them, these citizens will be much harder to earn for support. At the moment, Citizens are neutral and will not be targeted in the war, that is unless they choose to partake in it. In that case, all is fair in war and games.
