( Posted Image) AragornAragorn almost laughed at the look of both Elladan and watching them Glorfindel. The golden haired Glorfindel looked amused and Elladan already knew that the teasing will come eventualy from their mentor. | QUOTE (Elladan) | | "No.. I think you should not behave, ada would be very happy with this and you... will have a very happy Glorfindel to deal with." |
With that his smile slipped away as he once more looked at Glorfindel and shook his head at the mere thought of what this would mean. He remembered many times when he got himself in that kind of problems. It was not completely bad punishment to spend more time with Glorfindel, but his friend was stern and sometimes when the troubles Aragorn got into were big Glorfindel's presence was.... well... just discomforting with his comments or the usual sterness.
| QUOTE (Elladan) | | "I'm just sorry that I will leave and miss all the fun." |
Right! Aragorn sent him the look... Miss the fun.... of sitting with all of those people, talking about things that didn't really matter.. or were important but he could do nothing about them. Sometimes those meetings were hard to bear...
| QUOTE (Elladan) | | "I think... you forget who you are talking to. I don't fall from horse... I just slipped and I had an arrow sticking out of my back." |
If Aragorn wouldn't know Elladan, his brother, he would get pretty scared of the tone and posture.... In fact he frowned slightly wondering if he hurted his brother's pride enough to make him angry. Sometimes it was better not to push it.
| QUOTE (Elladan) | | "I will return soon and make you pay...." |
Oh he hated this! Headlock and ruffle of his hair. But he laughed.
"Elladan! Could you at least pretend that you are serious? Let me go before I look like a complete fool!"
His hand went to Elladan head and pulled it slightly back allowing himself space to get free from the grasp. He laughed quietly and shook his head puting his hand upon Elladan's shoulder.
"I wish you to not encounter any troubles, brother." he said this time seriously. "Be safe"
Something inside him was stirring. And he didn't know what. The borders were safe but something was telling him that this might change soon. And he got dark thoughts that they won't be able to hold fragile peace here. Humans and Elves were restless these times and Aragorn didn't like it. He was worried.
