Many, many techniques, the most unique or used ones being, Kage Bunshin Bakuhatsu [Exploding Kage Bunshin], Iwamassatsu [Special technique taught to Shun by Apoc] and Doton Doryuuheki [Earth wall].

Special Abilities
Shun is in posession of all of the Chakra Natures due to prior control of the Gobi no Houkou, the 5 tailed Bijuu. He is also able to perform complex -illusions-, not Genjutsu, with a short number of hand-seals.

Personality: Shun is an overall nice guy, though alittle sarcastic. He is willing to do most things for his friends, and will do anything in order to keep his promises to others. After siding with Orochimaru, he became more cruel, but stayed the way he is towards Funaho Toshimata, he's first friend. She disappeared shortly after becuase of... Unknown reasons. After he left Orochimaru, he had reverted to his former self. Shun became slightly paranoid due to several traumas cuased by Orochimaru and Akatsuki. Other then that, when Shun heals people, he doesnt like those who'se pride is too big to show any sign of pain. He'd intentionally make the process more painful to those people. He doesn't like being too active, and usually sleeps or rests at any possible time, and is generally spaced out. However, when a fight ensues, he quickly comes to his senses and puts extreme attention to his surroundings.

Eyes: Some sort of fusion between colors thanks to Gobi, but after Gobi was extracted from him, his eyes became green.
*Other: Shun's ears are triangled shaped like dog's ears, and remained that way even after Gobi was extracted.

General Appearance:
Shun is rather tall, has a fairly average complexion and has triangled ears. He is well-built, even though several scars sometimes show popping from underneath his clothes. He wears a modified version of an original Orochimaru robe, and walks around in wooden geta. He wears his headband as a loose choker.

Geta - The traditional Japanese sandals, those pieces of wood.

Modified Orochimaru Robes - Imagine the outfit Sasuke had in the beginning of Shippuuden, but without the purple thing on the back, the pants are completely black and the top is completely white, the shirt itself has an opening starting from his upper gut and is spread wide on him. The sleeves are visibly torn off, and the back of the shirt has a circle on it with Japanese Kanji, reading "Apocalypse Student".

History:
Midorikawa Shun was born in the village of Waterfall to the Midorikawa family, known for a unique bloodline doujutsu which allows it's user to locate anything that has an effect on the forest it's at ; snakes, deers, animals in general. And humans, too. When Shun was born, the village came under the posession of Gobi no Houkou, the fifth tailed Bijuu, and decided that in order to build a weapon to match up to the main villages, they will seal it into one who already has potential to be strong, someone with a bloodline. They went to several families, and they all rejected the offer, except for the Midorikawas, who had one member who couldn't quite decide for himself, being born about two days ago. And so, Shun was sealed with the Bijuu, and the excited rulers of the village waited until he would grow up. At the age of seven, which is the age where the doujutsu finally surfaces, no change happened in Shun, the Bijuu permanently locking it away. The rulers decided that it wasn't a wise decision, and told all the villagers, including the Midorikawas, bar Shun, ofcourse, to treat him as an outcast. Shun went to his family to tell them of the sudden unexplained verbal and physical attacks he was suffering for no apparent reason, only to be kicked out by his own family for not sharing their unique abilities. Shun went on to live this way for four more years, searching for leftovers in trash cans and generally living in the sewers so that no harm will come to him. He was sick alot though, due to his quite exotic home. At about eleven and a half, Shun thought of all that was wrong with his life, still ignorant to what made everyone treat him so. He became enraged, and the sewer waters began floating up and thrash against the walls and cieling. Shun's anger was quickly replaced with curiosity as he saw this, and spent half a year at learning how to perform the feat, finding that it could be done with all five elements. Then, for the first time in five years, Shun emerged from the sewers during broad daylight, flaunting his abilities in hopes that the villagers will be amazed and might come to adore or like him. And, seeing as this is no fairy-tale, but Shun's life, which is quite the opposite, he met a life-long friend people called rejection. As word of his powers came to the rulers of the village, they immediately cast him out of the village, and should he ever come back, he is to be killed on sight. And so, Shun left the village. He heard all of the townsfolk say stuff along the lines of "Finally, Gobi's leaving". He didn't understand what they were talking about, and truthfully, he just stopped caring at that point. As he was walking in the woods, he discovered an old wooden shack. He entered it to see an old man, and they were to become friends for the next two years. During this time, Shun realized that the old man knew something about Shun, but was unable to figure out what, and found himself unable to ask the man. Then, as Shun turned fourteen, the man died. Shun sat there beside his death-bed and watching as the life was slowly seeping away from the old man who used this time to try and give Shun tips for life, but was unable to speak after the first two sentences. Then, the man died. Shun, saddened by the loss, sat on the bench of the shack for two whole days, not moving at all, crying very little. Then, Shun got up and decided that the house will be the man's tomb, and left. As Shun was packing his new clothes, he noticed something he has never seen before inside of the shack. A loose plank which Shun just couldn't ignore. He.. Felt.. Something down there. He knew there was something below it. He looked around the house and found a hammer which he used with a sturdy piece of wood to deliver blows to the plank until it broke, revealing a wooden chest with several steel outlines. Shun opened it and found a Katana in it, with an inscription on one side of it, saying: "Use this sword wisely, Gobi." Shun wondered at the cryptic inscription, and walked out of the house to check wether this katana was real. He walked towards a tree, and with a single slash, he dug the katana half-way into it. He looked at it and thought that if he was to actually survive in such a world on his own, he will need to learn how to fight, and that using his powers all the time wasn't probably the wisest thing to do so that he won't attract any unneccessery attention. He began making his trips around the forests, looking for villages. His scheduale consisted of several things: 8 hours of travelling, 7 hours of sword practice, 3 hours of searching for neccessery supplies such as food and water, and 6 hours of sleep. He kept this up for an entire year before reaching quite the populated village that went by the name of Konoha. The guards let him in with little concern. Shun spent several days in the village before heading out again. Then, in the Forest of Sound, he met Akatsuki Member Fukyuu Naraku, who had apparently tried to seduce him. He refused, and after a while, they began to fight. Shun escaped to Leaf, and encountered one more Akatsuki Member, named Red. They revealed to him that he carries the 5th Tailed Bijuu, Gobi, also known as Houkou. He became enraged, and injured them a little. Since there were not enough Akatsuki Members to perform the Extraction Technique, they had to leave him there. While another Akatsuki Member showed up, Nara Juno, as she, Naraku and Red argued on wether they should leave Shun laying on the floor or take him with them. In the meantime, Orochimaru arrived and saved Shun. Shun accepted Orochimaru's teachings, becuase he saw Orochimaru is a Jinchuuriki of the 8th Bijuu. For the first time in his life, he knew he wasn't truly alone in that world. During this time, Shun had begun learning how to be a medical ninja, finding it an interesting subject. After awhile, Shun became unsatisfactory to Orochimaru, who placed a bounty on Shun for very large sums of money, with a much bigger bonus for the one who brings back Gobi in a sealed form to Orochimaru. After a heavy assault on Shun by many shinobi, he was taken to medical ninja genius extraordinaire Shien to tend to his wounds, which then fully unlocked the wonders of medicine to Shun. Several days later, he was found and killed by the Mizukage, Kaguya Apocalypse. He was 16 at the time of his death. Eight months later, Shun woke up to find himself in the middle of the forest, completely confused, and completely naked. He had gone around the now-familiar villages only to encounter Houkou no Gobi, and soon after, Gobi willingly sealed himself inside of Shun's stomach. Shun discovered that he was brought back to life by the Mizukage, Kaguya Apocalypse, and accepted his invitation to join Mizugakure. Although only two months had passed, Shun was now 21, and have matured both mentally and physically. Things have been pretty calm since then, but Akatsuki began showing small signs of activity. Quite a bit later, Shun passed the Chuunin examinations, even though he lost his match. He became alittle bit too complacent and uncaring, and, after trying to help a girl who has being sexually assaulted by a Ketsueki, Furosuchi himself came to Konoha and captured him, throwing him in jail for several days before extracting away Gobi. Afterwards, Shun was released back into Konoha, even though his personality experienced no change, and on the contrary, he seemed as if this has only strengthened his personality and his courage. At about this point, Apocalypse told Shun that he was about ready for his Jounin exam, long before both of his teammates, Uchiha Kenvaris and Utero Doutai, and that it will be held within less then two weeks time. However, before this had the chance of happening, Apocalypse disappeared, and Shun was left to watch from the sidelines as the other Mist-nins began planning on ways to find him.

Midorikawa Shun Says: *Shun looked at himself. His limbs were laying in a puddle below him, and he knew the rest was next. The pain was so much to bear that it overloaded the sensors, and Shun felt no pain anymore. He smiled, shaking his head childishly.* ...I really need to get myself together. Mind giving me a hand? I lost mine. *Shun again stared as the lower part of his body melted away. He sighed, then looked at Kirai.* So.. You come here often? I mean, maybe things could've gotten along between us, y'know. *Shun's shoulders and everything bar the neck and head was already consumed, yet somehow he still kept going.* So, I suppose this is it. The big finale'. Well, again. And not quite big. Nor epic. Shame. *The acid was rapidly reaching up what's left of him, and he then smiled again. He'd wave his hand in goodbye if he still had it.* See'ya soon.

Thank you, thank you. That's about what makes me keep coming back to Shun. He is so mentally screwed up that he doesn't care what's happening to him aslong as he can crack a joke.
