Grass's lack of leadership currently attracted Sand's attention as Sand ninja move in and began moving in as a New delagated a military figure has Taken up the position.
The sand village now moving militaristically as they take control of the village.

You can choose to assist or attempt to stop this delegated control. I would advise contacting Aethlex.
