do you use 2 row, 6 row munic or pilsin the most as your base malt? and what are you paying per lb, and from where?

MO is my fav.

I get great results and malty backbones needed for the hops used. Also get great bock beer from these nuggets too!

When in doubt, go MO.

I have used Am. Rahr 2row and I hated everything about it. Too thin, too blah.

I also have used other English malts and have been quite pleased with them. I use 6 row only when I need a boost of enzymes, but hear that it is a pleasing base malt too.
