Personal Insults and Harassment: Under no circumstances will this be tolerated. Hurtful/Insulting remarks against ones family, race, religion or any other related to the three will result in a suspension, and a possible ban. These remarks may be hurtful to some, and there is no reason for this to occur.

Proper Conduct: Continuously posting with the intent to create/provoke arguments will not be tolerated. This may result in suspension/ban depending on the situation.

Spamming: Spam is advertising messages placed in either a post, signature, email, or personal message. This will result in a loss of PM/Email rights, suspension, or ban depending on the situation.

Signature and Avatar Images: Each signature image may contain of a maximum of two images. Each image may not exceed 500 X 150 pixels. Together, the file size of the images may not exceed 125 KB. The height of the two sigs combined should not exceed more than 250 Pixels.

User bars do not count as part of your images. You may use up to 2 userbars that can add up to a maximum of 100 KB. If you do not have any userbars, you may have that extra 100 KB for your sigs.

Avatars will be 100 X 100 KB as resized by our automatic image scaler, however filesize may not exceed 25 KB.

Profanity: Profane words are censored. Please do not bypass the censor, or your post may be subject to editing. All words not in the censor are allowed, however please use common sense as to what you are saying. Profane words maybe bypassed in the No Holds Barred forum ONLY. To apply for this forum, PM an administrator or apply in the No Holds Barred thread in the Announcements forum.

Smack Forum: The Smack Forum will return after the draft.

Multiple Accounts: The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing this will have one of their accounts deleted at random. Once an account is deleted it is absolutely unrecoverable.

Images and Text: The posting of pornographic, and/or vulgar material may result in a suspension/ban.

COPPA Rule: Due to security reasons, users under the age of thirteen are not allowed to register. If you are found to be under this age at any time, you will be deleted. You may re-register when you become legal age.

At this time, we are not adding moderators. We will make an announcement when a position is open. Requesting a position may decrease your opportunity to become a moderator when the chance arises.

In all cases above, an administrator or moderator will determine if an infraction has been made, and the moderator/administrator will choose the appropriate punishment. Please be respectful to the staff as all are unpaid volunteers. MOD bashing can result in a suspension/ban. An administrator may change the terms of service at any time. Please check back at the TOS every once in a while.

***Due to past hackings of this board, any threat to harm, damage, or hack the board in any way will result in a permanent ban. All threats will be taken seriously, on any section of the board.
