Well, im the kind of person who is there for whatever reason needed, always willing to help and show what needs to be shown. Im easly made friends with and love to learn new things, when it comes to a new comer, i love showing them the roots and love helping them with whatever i am able.

I'm known as helper beekin, i help people with questions they are not sure of or do not know, i answer the questions asked and help them figure it out.
Why do you feel you would make a good addition to the team: At least a small paragraph of why you feel you would make a good addition to the staff team like personality traits, skills, etc.
I'm a fun, outgoing person, love to help and love to make friends. im good in stressful situations and i learn fast. im kind to anyone even when confronted, i keep a cool mind and will not blow. In a bad situation, i rather walk away then coz a fight.

im on every day, mainly, i work on computer there for im on it often.
Now, this is a test of how you would handle situations in the site or the forums so we can get a sense of how you could handle them. This is a big part of the application.
Situation 1: Roxy and Aki are getting into a fight on the chat, their swearing at each other and roleplaying themselves killing each other. Another member in the room calls to you with what's happening, then you leave the room your in to go into the room where the fight is taking place, what would you do?
Answer: I would ask them to stop, five them fair warnings and tell them to take it into whispers so others can not here the language, i would remind them this is an E8 site and young children may be prescient and warn them not to do it again.
Situation 2: Cookie is new to the forums and isn't sure of what to do, so she spams a board without knowing what she's doing. You PM her asking her to stop but she doesn't because she's confused and she thinks spamming a board with her questions will help them be answered, what do you do?
Answer: I would explain that it may take time for someone to answer there question, and spaming isnt the best way to handle it, its also hard for users to be able to find a forum if all they see is spammed thread. i would offer my assistance and try to help them with whatever there question may be and if im unable to help, would have them PM another admin and try finding the answer out myself to help save time.
Situation 3: Nemo isn't sure how uploading poses works, so he uploads 5 poses and their facing's are backwords, and 2 of them have alot of pixels around their borders. Then he uploads 2 more that are just base colored and he doesn't care of his mistakes and then harasses you to look at his poses, what would you do?
Answer: i would tell them how the pose uploaded works, and explain the Rules to uploading and the standers to shading, outlined, pixels and size, after that, i would show them the FAQ to help them understand a bit better.
Artwork showcase: This is for people who will be trying out for art staff, we would like to see a few pieces of your art work. We would like to see at least 3 pieces of artwork whether it's poses you've created, or maybe pictures you've made as well.
