Its time once again for MPW's Halloween Art Contest. Here is all the information one might need to succeed in this contest.

Theme: Using MPW's Mascots Pal the Pikachu and Lala the Latias. Create a Halloween themed Picture.
-Yes you may include other Pokemon.

1. Please keep your art clean and kid friendly. If you post sexuality, drugs, or alcohol themed pictures or anything adult you well be banned for two weeks.

2. DO NOT Steal artwork from us, our members, or other sites and post them here as yours. You well be banned for two week or more depending on what you have done.

3. You may edit your artwork one time after submitting it here.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners well receive a small 100x100 badge to place in the sigs or websites and also have there artwork displayed on MPW next Halloween.
