"I feel the lake is an entity of its own. So many strange things have happened, at least in my experience, so I stopped visiting this place for a while. You were swimming without problems, ne? That is why I feel it favors you." The strange winged girl had said, and, somehow, she seemed to have a bit of a point. All the waters Sunny had seen had felt at least slightly different from the last. She moved her hair again, less nervous now, more slightly shocked.
"If you're right about that, I think I might know why." She half mumbled. Gills were a main characteristic of things that belonged below the waves, and Sunny had a pair of her own, along with some webbing when she could. Perhaps, if the winged girl was correct, the lake might be mistaking her for a form of waterlife.
